Andrew Muller
Andrew, a business management graduate, grew up in the Toowoomba region and built a 15-year career in Oil & Gas across Australia, the USA, and Canada, gaining extensive experience in operations, construction, and project management. His expertise in delivering complex projects gave him a strong understanding of how clients, stakeholders, and contractors can work together to achieve quality outcomes while managing risk.
Driven by his passion for real estate, Andrew founded 3Stone Projects, a development and sales company where he combines his skills in real estate, construction, and project management. As a licensed professional, he specialises in guiding development sales and building lasting relationships with buyers.
Over the past three years, Andrew has sold and marketed more than 110 residential lots in Toowoomba, earning a reputation for market knowledge, client focus, and exceptional post-sale support.

Karla johnston
Karla has over 20 years experience in the property industry in business management, commercial & residential real estate, property development & project marketing roles.
Recent roles have been as the Business Manager for a boutique property development firm, progressing multiple residential projects throughout SEQ from site acquisition through to sales and more recently the Project Marketing Manager for a 1,800 lot masterplanned residential community in the Ipswich growth corridor.
Toowoomba based, Karla has accomplished a MBA with a specialisation in property and is experienced in launching projects and the design and implementation of marketing strategies in the Toowoomba region.
She has undertaken the project marketing role for many regional Queensland land developments and is passionate about telling a project’s narrative through design and creative marketing strategy.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the property finance industry, Lynelle brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to every project. Having successfully developed her own infill sites and land subdivisions, she understands the property journey from multiple angles — financier, developer, and buyer.
Guided by integrity and an unparalleled eye for detail, Lynelle is dedicated to supporting the team through the sales journey and ensuring a smooth process for every buyer. She is passionate about building genuine relationships and delivering outcomes that stand the test of time.
